Ari Lehman

Ari Lehman is the actor/singer who has the unique honor of having played the role of the First Jason Voorhees in the Paramount Classic Horror Film “Friday the 13th” (1980). The original “Boy In The Lake” himself, Ari played a crucial role in the film’s famous final scene, in which he suddenly emerges from the icy waters of Crystal Lake. Working with Special Effects Master Tom Savini at an early age gave Ari a deep appreciation for the Horror Greats including Lon Chaney, Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff and Vincent Price. Since 2009, Ari records and tours the US and Europe with his Horror Rock Band, First Jason, based in Chicago.

John Dugan

John is best known for playing Grandpa Sawyer in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) and Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013). He also also appeared in  Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation in a cameo role as a cop in the hospital.

Thomas G Waites

Thomas G. Waites is an American actor, acting coach, teacher, director and playwright. He is Hollywood and Broadway royalty. His work on stage and film with the great Al Pacino is powerful, just watch his performance in And Justice For All. His acting in the Warriors and John Carpenter’s The Thing reveal his strength and cool demeanor. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and grew up in the New York acting scene which gives him the soul to write such amazing music and sing and perform them with the same grit and power. 

Beatrice Boepple

Beatrice Boepple is an actress who you may recognize for playing Amanda Kreuger, Freddy Kreuger’s mother in A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989). She also had roles in Quarantine (1989) and Matinee (1989). 

Bill Randolph

SUNY Purchase graduate Bill Randolph has been on stage, film and television for over forty years. He can be seen in Dressed to KillSwitching ChannelsDouble NegativePenn & Teller Get Killed and the horror classic Friday the 13th Part 2. He was Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar with the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra and Randy Hastings in the Broadway production of Gemini. He was a series regular on Trauma Center and Comedy Zone and has made guest appearances on such TV shows as Hill Street Blues and As the World Turns.

David Harris

David Harris is most notable for his portrayal of Cochise in The Warriors (1979).

His first role came in the 1976 television film Judge Horton and the Scottsboro Boys, in which he co-starred as Haywood Patterson. He also appeared in the Robert Redford film Brubaker. Throughout the 1980s, he appeared in a number of fairly high-profile films, and in the 1990s, he did mostly television work. He lent his voice to The Warriors video game in 2005, reprising his role as Cochise. In 2012, he appeared in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Warden.

Terry Michos

In his earlier years Terence (Terry) Michos enjoyed a successful Broadway, film and television acting career which included lead roles in “Grease” both on Broadway and the National Touring Company, Paramount Picture’s “The Warriors”, a CBS Movie of the Week, The Great Skycopter Rescue, the Universal Pictures / CBS miniseries “The Contender”, various guest starring roles in television series such as McClain’s Law, Simon and Simon and Romeo and Juliet for Public Television.

Antone Pagan

We welcome Antone Pagan as part of our Warriors reunion, where he played a Boyle Avenue Runner. He’s also known for roles as Hector in Stripes, Detective Ramos in The Sopranos, and the voice of Innocent in the video game Manhunt.

Richie Stotts

Richie Stotts was the lead guitarist, principal songwriter and a founding member of the punk/metal group Plasmatics.

In 1978, Richie was among the earliest musicians to sport a Mohawk. Along side lead singer Wendy O. Williams, they would push  the boundaries  at stage shows, blowing up cars, speaker cabinets, television sets and chainsawing guitars. Richie often dressed in a nurse’s uniform, a tutu, and as both a French Maid and Playboy Bunny. Television appearances include Second City TV with John Candy, ABC’s Fridays, NBC’s Tomorrow hosted by Tom Snyder and Solid Gold. 

After leaving the Plasmatics in 1984, Richie pursued a solo career with his band King Flux and completed a graduate degree in Geology.

Richie grew up in nearby North Salem where he attended North Salem High School, played basketball and won an award as best stand up comedian. 

Erika Anderson

Erika Marie Anderson is an American film and television actress best known for her role as Greta in A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989) and subsequently the actress Selena Swift in the television series Twin Peaks (1990). Erika is married toThe Psychedelic Furs Richard Butler. 

Brett Azar

Brett Azar was a body double for the one and onlyArnold Schwarzenegger in the last two Terminator movies. He also portrays the Iron Sheik in the TV Show Young Rock. He has worked in other popular films including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows(2016) and Central Intelligence(2016). In addition to his film work, Azar appeared on television series including Jessica Jones(2015),Gotham(2014) and The Blacklist(2013). 

Alvin Alexis

Alvin Alexis was born in New York City, New York, USA. He is known for Night of the Demons (1988), Sweet Liberty (1986), Butterflies in Heat (1986), Brother from Another Planet (1984), and The Wiz (1978).

Michelle Santiago

*First Con Appearance!* Michelle Santiago is a familiar face at horror conventions, and we are excited to host her first appearance as a convention guest!She is an actor/producer who has close to 100 film and TV credits to her name. Best known for Terrifier 2, being an associate producer as well as appearing as the waitress in the club. She has also worked on films such as Stream (where she is also a producer), Clerks 3, Creed, Call Her King and Dark Circles, and on TV shows such as Servant, Manifest, Gotham, Fallout and Billions.

Steve “Uncle Creepy” Barton is a seasoned horror aficionado, paranormal investigator and writer known for George A. Romero’s Survival of the Dead, Award Winning films Damien Leone’s Terrifier 2 and Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy, An Unknown Dimension: The Story of Paranormal Activity, The Amityville Murders, Hatchet II, The E! True Hollywood Story, and many more! With an uncanny ability to delve into the macabre, his words breathe life into spine-chilling narratives. Barton’s boundless imagination and passion for the genre make him a true maestro of the eerie and the unexplained.

Vincente Disanti

Vincente DiSanti works in several aspects of the film industry including live-action, feature animation, story development, voice acting, visual FX, commercials, and much more. A jack of all trades, Vincente is best known for his directorial work on Never Hike Alone (2017), Imagine (2018), The Red Room (2015), and starring as Michael Myers in The Spirit of Haddonfield (2018).  

Harold Buchholz

Harold Buchholz is a long-time comics and entertainment veteran– a writer and executive producer of the cult sci-fi comedy TV series Mystery Science Theater 3000 on Netflix, a podcast host of Unpacking Peanuts, exploring the masterful work of Charles M. Schulz from a cartoonist’s perspective, artist and writer of the comics series Sweetest Beasts on Instagram, a former Senior VP at the iconic Archie Comics and co-founder of the children’s literacy advocacy group Kids Love Comics. 

Paul Castiglia

Paul Castiglia has written comics for publishers including Archie, DC, Dark Horse, etc. His work includes Archie’s Weird Mysteries, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sonic the Hedgehog, and more. He is the editor/historian of the Archie Americana vintage collections, and co-author/editor of the comics history book, The MLJ Companion. As a film historian, Paul contributed to a book about Vincent Price movies, speaks at classic film screenings, and is a producer of a Dead End Kids documentary. He’s also an animation scriptwriter for Thomas & Friends Adventures (Mattel) and Cocoa Talk (Minno). Monique DuPree

Monique Dupree is an actress and wrestling manager/personality for House of Hardcore and Impact Wrestling. 

Dubbed “the heart and soul of house of hardcore” by its owner, Tommy Dreamer, Dupree also helped Dreamer to run the shows, talent relations, social media manager, and twitch moderator.  

Monique has done over 100 film and television projects including Return to nuke em high, lean on me, plan 9, Step up 3D and newest project, “The beautiful ones” 

Matt Herring

Matt (Matman) Herring began podcasting in 2006 as co-host of the long-running comic show, Secret Identity. This successful show ran for almost 12 years and in that time, Herring created a solid reputation for his conversational interviews, positive attitude and always looking to put the creator and their projects first.

As a writer, Herring saw success with his third book, THE UNOFFICIAL DOCTOR WHO COMPANION, and has seen his last three books about the bands UFO (YOUR FAVORITE BAND’S FAVORITE BAND), ASIA (IME AND TIME AGAIN), and Black Sabbath (THE VINYL TESTAMENT) find audiences.

Tony Daniels

Tony Daniels, you’ve heard him but have you seen him? Whether it’s the voice of CBC Television or ADR for Sean Penn in the Secret Life Of Walter Mitty or Yellowstone, 1923, Girls 5 Eva, or the multitude of voices on cartoons such as X-Men, Sailor Moon, the Avengers, Numbchucks….ok, you get the picture.

Tony is an award-winning musician/singer/writer/producer/composer and performer and can be heard on numerous shows like Fugget About It, Bill Maher’s film Religulous, Thomas G. Waites film Target. Tony has produced and co-produced with Rik Emmett, Dorian Harewood, Ian Thomas, Randy Bachman and is a four-time Grammy nominee.

Nightvision, 777: The Wrath and the Faust horror comic/media franchises led two late 20th century comics evolutions: comics for adults and creator-owned publishing. Influences of these “Outlaw Comics” reverberate across comics, movies and streaming television today.

Faust: Love of the Damned, optioned by Sony Pictures Television (2020), was also a film scripted by Quinn directed by Brian Yuzna (2000).

At the age of 18 Tony was literally forced into the acting profession by his uncle, bodybuilder Pete Ganios, who pulled him away from a Manhattan powerlifting session to audition for the part of teen tough guy Perry in Philip Kaufman’s urban coming of age drama The Wanderers. Notorious for his starring role in the teen sex comedy trilogy Porky’s, Tony can number Back Roads, Continental Divide, Die Hard 2, Rising Sun, The Taking of Beverly Hills among his list of feature film credits. He is also known for his recurring role as a mob lawyer in the popular CBS crime drama Wiseguy, and guest appearances in episodes of The Equalizer, Scarecrow and Mrs. King, and in the TV movie Ring of the Musketeers. Nancy Silberkleit is the co-CEO of Archie Comics. She stepped into the role in 2009, as the first female executive leader at Archie Comics, with a vision that comic books are a valuable tool for developing literacy and instilling a love of reading.

 

As a former  New Jersey public school educator, Nancy taught art for 20 years and has observed the power of comics to encourage literacy and creativity in children. She also uses comic books as a vehicle to help young people talk about difficult issues like diversity, inclusion, bullying, the environment, autism and more.

Devin Ratray

Devin Ratray is known for his role as Buzz McCallister, Kevin’s eldesrt brother, in the Home Alone franchise. He also co-starred in blockbuster movies Dennis the Menace, Little Monsters, R.I.P.D. as well as the films Nebraska, Blue Ruin and Kimi. His television work includes The Tick and Better Call Saul.

ECW ORIGINAL JASON KNIGHT

The “Sexiest Man On Earth” is a pro-wrestler, actor, promoter, manager and trainer. He is best known as JASON in the ECW. He was most notorious as a manager for The Pitbulls, flaunting those famous suits “How Do You Like My Suit” and manager of the Impact Players. Jason was also one time ECW Television Championship. With a wrestling career spanning more than 40 years, Knight has also wrestled for WCW, WWE, WWF, NWA, WING (Japan), Monday Night Raw among others. Recently he relaunched his popular hardcore Assault Championship Wrestling (ACW) promotion. 

ECW ORIGINAL ANGEL AMOROSO 

Angel Amoroso is a  Pro-Wrestler, Actor, Model, Pioneer MMA Fighter, Boxer,  Journalist and Martial Artist who Paved the way for wrestlings “Hardcore Ladies” of today.  Amoroso, Also known as Mistress Tara Titanium and Violent A from Crazy Clown Posse, was the first woman to compete in ECWs legendary hardcore matches. Amoroso has been in the profession since childhood, starting as a valet and manager for some of the legends of wrestling. The “Queen Of Hardcore” is currently the Commissioner with her collaborator of over 3 decades Jason Knight and his Re-Launched Assault Championship Wrestling (ACW) Promotion 

Dee Dee Benrey

Dee Dee Benrey is featured in Paramount’s cult-classic, “The Warriors” directed by Walter Hill, as an original member of “The Lizzies.” Mr. Hill also immortalized her family name in his Western, “Extreme Prejudice.” She appeared in “The Muppets Take Manhattan,” “They All Laughed” (with John Ritter) and was featured on numerous TV commercials.
 Dee Dee has promoted veganism and Yoga Wellness on television and radio. Additionally, she’s done many celebrity interviews with icons such as  the late Linda McCartney, Fleetwood Mac guitarist & legend, Lindsey Buckingham, Todd Rundgren, Steve Howe from Yes, and the great William Shatner.
She also appears in the Dynamite Comics adaptation of The Warriors.

Apache Ramos

John Capodice

Italian-American character actor John Capodice was born on December 25, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois. You may recognize him from movies and shows such as Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Seinfeld, Independence Day, The Doors, or Honeymoon in Vegas.

Capodice began acting on stage in mostly Off-Broadway plays in New York City in the late 1970’s. John acted on his first TV show in 1978 and appeared in his first movie in 1982. Often cast as menacing mobsters, gruff cops, or scruffy working class types, Capodice continues to act with pleasing regularity both in films and on television alike.

Spike Polite & Sewage

Spike Polite is a New York City-based musician, model, actor, club dj and Lower East Side music historian. For the past 30 years, his primary and longest-standing project is the band now known as Spike Polite & Sewage NYC.  Currently the political punk rock band consists of Spike on vocals and guitar, Michelle Shocked on bass and vocals, Anthony Romano on drums and gang vocals.
